Scope
This standard specifies the rules for spelling modern Chinese using the "Chinese Pinyin Scheme". The content includes participle spelling, idiom spelling, foreign words spelling, personal and place names spelling, standardization, migration rules, etc. In order to meet the special needs, some technical alternatives are proposed at the same time.
