《GB/T 43852-2024 冷热水用钢增强塑料复合压力管》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC48SC3(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会塑料管材、管件及阀门分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically specifies the technical requirements of steel reinforced plastic composite pressure pipe (PSP) for the first time, filling the gap in domestic and foreign standards in this field. The product adopts a three-layer composite structure: the inner and outer layers are PE/PP-R plastics, and the middle layer is a welded steel pipe, which is composited by hot-melt adhesives.
Product Classification System
| Type | Plastic Layer Material | Metal Layer Material | Maximum Operating Temperature | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSP-I | Polyethylene (PE) | Electro-galvanized/Tin Steel Strip | 40℃ | Cold Water System |
| PSP-II | Polypropylene (PP-R) | Electro-galvanized/Tin Steel Strip | 95℃ | Hot Water/Heating |
| PSP-III | Polypropylene (PP-R) | Stainless steel strip | 95℃ | High temperature heat dissipation system |
Key technical requirements
Material performance indicators
- Steel strip layer: Elongation after break of electro-galvanized steel strip ≥30%, stainless steel strip ≥22%
- Hot melt adhesive: T peel strength ≥100N/25mm, oxidation induction time ≥20min
- Plastic layer: PE must meet PE80 grade, PP-R should meet the requirements of GB/T 18742.1
Physical and mechanical properties
| Test items | Technical requirements | Test methods |
|---|---|---|
| Burst strength | ≥4×PN | GB/T 15560 |
| High temperature peel strength | ≥25N/25mm | Appendix A |
| Hydrostatic pressure resistance (95℃) | 2×PN/165h no leakage | GB/T 6111 |
Connection technical specifications
Dual hot melt connection system
The standard specifies two hot melt connection methods:
- Dual hot melt of hot melt machine: meets the requirements of CJ/T 237-2006
- Dual hot melt of electromagnetic machine: meets the requirements of QB/T 5634-2021 (not applicable to austenitic stainless steel PSP-III)
Safety factor design
The connection system needs to consider the ratio of the axial tensile force of the plastic layer to the hydraulic thrust:
- Series A: Safety factor 1.0 (basic requirement)
- Series B: Safety factor 2.0 (high safety requirement)
Implementation suggestions
Selection guide
| Application scenario | Recommended type | Working pressure | Precautions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Building cold water | PSP-I | ≤2.5MPa | Avoid direct sunlight |
| Floor heating system | PSP-II | ≤2.0MPa | Use condition level 4 |
| High temperature heating | PSP-III | ≤2.0MPa | Use condition level 5 |
Construction points
- Remove burrs from the pipe end after cutting to ensure a smooth connection surface
- Strictly control the heating temperature during hot melt connection (PP-R: 260±10℃, PE: 220±10℃)
- System pressure test should be carried out in stages, and the final pressure should be ≥1.5 times the working pressure
Standard Innovation
- The first bonding interface test method: New high-temperature peel strength (70℃) and hot and cold stress cycle tests
- Enhanced long-term performance: 1000h hydrostatic pressure resistance test and MFR change rate ≤20% are required
- Safety classification: Different safety level products are distinguished by A/B series
