《GB/T 16400-2003绝热用硅酸铝棉及其制品》由TC191（全国绝热材料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了绝热用硅酸铝棉及其制品的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于工业热力设备、窑炉和管道高温绝热用的硅酸铝棉、硅酸铝棉板、毡、针刺毯、管壳和异形制品。

This standard specifies the classification and label, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transport and storage of Aluminum silicate wool and its products for thermal insulation.
This standard is applicable to industry thermal equipment, aluminum silicate cotton used at furnace and pipe for high temperature insulation, aluminum silicate wool board, felt, acupuncture blanket, tube shell and special shaped products.
