《GB/T 16555-2008含碳、碳化硅、氮化物耐火材料化学分析方法》由TC193(全国耐火材料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了含碳、碳化硅、氮化物耐火材料及原料化学分析方法。 本标准代替GB/T 16555.1~16555.6-1996《碳化硅耐火材料化学分析方法》、GB/T 13245-1991《含碳耐火材料化学分析方法 燃烧重量法测定总碳量》、GB/T 13246-1991《含碳耐火材料化学分析方法 CyDTA 容量法测定氧化镁量》,与其相比变化如下:
―――将各标准合并按章编写,并对标准的结构和格式进行了调整,同时变更了标准的名称;
―――增加了术语和定义;
―――新制定了红外吸收法测定总碳量;
―――新制定了惰性气体保护熔融热导法测定总氮量;
―――新制定了铁盐置换EDTA 容量法测定游离铝量;
―――新制定了EDTA 容量法测定氧化铁;
―――增加了气体容量法测定游离铝量;
―――增加了间接法测定游离碳量;
―――增加了灼烧减量的测定方法;
―――增加了直接法测定碳化硅量;
―――增加了氢氟酸挥散重量法测定碳化硅量;
―――增加了热处理减量的测定方法;
―――修改了游离碳的测量温度;
―――扩展了分析方法的测定范围;
―――修改了分析方法的允许误差。


Scope

This standard specifies the chemical analysis methods for refractory materials containing carbon, silicon carbide and nitride and raw materials. The items analyzed in this standard are as follows: volatile matter (VOL); loss on ignition (LOI); total carbon content (TC); free carbon content (FC); silicon carbide content (SiC); total nitrogen content (TN); The amount of silicon (Si3N4); the amount of free silicon (F.Si); the amount of free aluminum (F.Al); the amount of silicon dioxide (SiO2); Aluminum content (Al2O3); iron oxide content (all valence iron is calculated as Fe2O3); titanium dioxide content (TiO2 ); the amount of calcium oxide (CaO); the amount of magnesium oxide (MgO); the amount of potassium oxide (K2O); the amount of sodium oxide (Na2O); the amount of phosphorus pentoxide (P< Subscript 2>O5); zirconium oxide (hafnium) amount (ZrO2+HfO2); manganese oxide amount (all valences of manganese are calculated as MnO); Chromium content (Cr2O3). See Table 1 for the measurement range of the analysis items in this standard.
