《GB/T 16592-1996粉末涂料 烘烤时质量损失的测定》由TC5(全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了通过静电喷涂施涂于底材上的粉末涂料烘烤时质量损失的测定方法。


Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of mass loss during baking of powder coatings applied to substrates by electrostatic spraying. Note The method described in this standard is a simple and practical test method at present. This method gives fairly accurate results for powder coatings with a mass loss in the range of 2% (m/m) on baking. Beyond this range, the accuracy decreases as mass loss increases. The presence of moisture in the product shall be included in the results of this test.
