Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection and testing, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heavy corrugated boxes. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, use and supervision and inspection of heavy-duty corrugated boxes for transport packaging (hereinafter referred to as cartons).
