《GB/T 16821-1997通信用电源设备通用试验方法》由339-2（工业和信息化部（通信））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（通信）。
本标准规定了通信用电源设备通用试验项目的试验一般规定：试验用仪器仪表设备及要求、试验部位、试验条件和方法、计算方法。本标准适用于通信用的整流设备、直流-直流变换设备、逆变设备及配电设备。但各类受试设备需要进行哪些试验项目和技术指标应在各自技术标准的检验规则中作出规定。

Scope

This standard specifies the general test requirements for general test items of communication power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment under test): test instrumentation equipment and requirements, test locations, test conditions and methods, and calculation methods. This standard applies to rectification equipment, DC-DC conversion equipment, inverter equipment and power distribution equipment for communication. However, what test items and technical indicators are required for various types of equipment under test should be stipulated in the inspection rules of their respective technical standards.
