本标准规定了通信用电源设备通用试验项目试验的一般规定：试验用仪器仪表设备及要求、试验部位、试验条件和方法、计算方法。本标准适用于通信用的整流器、高频开关组合电源、直流--直流变换设备、逆变设备、配电设备等。

Scope

This standard specifies the general provisions for the general test items of communication power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment under test): test instrumentation equipment and requirements, test locations, test conditions and methods, and calculation methods. This standard applies to rectifiers for communication, high-frequency switch combination power supply, DC-DC conversion equipment, inverter equipment, power distribution equipment, AC regulated power supply equipment, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for communication and chargers for mobile phone .
