本标准规定了标准轨距铁路机车车辆限界规（以下简称限界规）的一般规定及机车车辆限界检查方法。本标准适用于新造及改造的标准轨距铁路机车车辆的限界检查。

Scope

This standard specifies the general provisions of the standard gauge railway rolling stock gauge (hereinafter referred to as the gauge) and the rolling stock gauge inspection method. This standard is applicable to the limit inspection of newly built and modified standard gauge railway rolling stock.
