《GB/T 16991-1997纺织品色牢度试验高温耐光色牢度:氙弧》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准适用于测定各类纺织品的颜色耐人造光源代替天然日光作用以及同时耐热的作用的能力。规定有3种不同曝晒条件(见第5章)。全部采用D65光源。本试验方法特别考虑到纺织品的颜色受机动车内部产生的光和热的影响。

Scope

This standard is applicable to the determination of the color resistance of various textiles to the action of artificial light instead of natural sunlight and the ability to resist heat at the same time. Three different exposure conditions are specified (see Chapter 5). All use D65 light source. This test method specifically takes into account that the color of textiles is affected by light and heat generated inside motor vehicles.
