《GB/T 16991-2008纺织品 色牢度试验 高温耐人造光色牢度及抗老化性能 氙弧》由TC209(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC209SC1(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会)执行,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准于1997年首次发布,本次为第一次修订。
本标准采用ISO 105-B06:1998《纺织品 色牢度试验 高温耐人造光色牢度及抗老化性能:氙弧》及ISO 105-B06修改单1:2002。本标准与ISO 105-B06:1998及ISO 105-B06修改单1:2002的主要变化是引用标准替换为与ISO 标准对应的我国标准。
本标准规定了一种测定各类纺织品的颜色耐人造光源代替天然日光作用以及同时耐热的作用的能力及抗老化的能力的方法。
本标准代替GB/T 16991-1997《纺织品 色牢度试验 高温耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》。本标准与GB/T 16991-1997相比主要变化如下:
――删除了2个引用标准GB/T 8432-1987、GB/T 730-1986,增加了1个引用标准GB/T 8431。
――原理中增加了耐光色牢度的仪器评级和老化测试。
――将术语“蓝色羊毛标准”改为“蓝色羊毛标样”。
――设备与材料中增加了对蓝色毛标样的说明和对仪器光源及滤光装置的要求;“辐照度监控计”改为“辐射计”;增加黑板温度计,“黑色标准温度计”改为“黑标温度计”;增加对遮光纸的描述,删除湿度控制标样;增加当采用仪器评级时,对仪器的描述;增加材料:涤纶非织造布,并描述其要求。
――修订曝晒卡和试样的准备(相对于GB/T 16991-1997的“6 试样”);增加背衬及对其要求的描述;修订装样方式,保留GB/T 16991-1997中的图2所描述的装样法。
――将GB/T 16991-1997中的“5 曝晒试验条件”整合入“操作程序”中;删除原有的3种曝晒条件,增加5种曝晒条件(条件6增加自修改单1:2002);修订原来的曝晒方法,增加1种曝晒方法。
――修改耐光色牢度的评定;根据新的曝晒条件和曝晒方法进行相应的评级。
――修改试验报告。
――增加附录A、附录B、附录C和附录D。


1 Scope

This standard specifies a method for determining the colour fastness and ageing properties of all kinds of textiles under the action of an artificial light source representative of natural daylight, and under the simultaneous action of heat. Of the five different sets of exposure conditions specified (see 6.1), four use D65, and the fifth a somewhat lower cut-off wavelength. The test method gives special consideration to the light and heat conditions that occur in the interior of a motor vehicle.

The five different sets of conditions specified are known to give similar but not necessarily identical results.

3 Principle

3.1 Light fastness test

A specimen is exposed to artificial light under prescribed conditions, along with a set of blue wool references. The colour fastness is assessed by comparing the change in colour of the specimen with that of the references used, or with the grey scale in accordance with GB/T 250, or by means of a colour measuring instrument in accordance with FZ/T 01024 after the specimen has been exposed to a specified amount of radiant energy.
