《GB/T 17137-1997土壤质量 总铬的测定 火焰原子吸收分光光度法》由467(生态环境部)归口,主管部门为生态环境部。
Scope
This standard specifies the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of total chromium in soil. The detection limit of this standard (calculated on the basis of weighing 0.5g sample to digest and set the volume to 50m1) is 5mg/kg. Interfering chromium is an element that is easy to form high-temperature-resistant oxides. Its atomization efficiency is greatly affected by the flame state and the height of the burner. It is necessary to use a rich combustibility (reduction) flame, and the best observation height is 10mm. Adding ammonium chloride can suppress the interference of coexisting ions such as iron, cobalt, nickel, vanadium, aluminum, magnesium, and lead.
