《GB/T 17145-1997废润滑油回收与再生利用技术导则》由TC415（全国产品回收利用基础与管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了废润滑油的定义、分类、分级、回收与管理、再生与利用。本标准适用于用油单位和个人更换下来的废润滑油和废润滑油的回收、再生、销售及管理。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, classification, classification, recovery and management, regeneration and utilization of waste lubricating oil. This standard is applicable to the recovery, regeneration, sale and management of waste lubricating oil and waste lubricating oil replaced by oil users and individuals.
