《GB/T 17221-1998环境镉污染健康危害区判定标准》由628（国家疾病预防控制局）归口，主管部门为国家疾病预防控制局。
本标准规定了环境镉污染健康危害区的判定原则、观察对象、健康危害指标及其联合反应率的判定值。本标准适用于环境受到含镉工业废弃物污染并以食物链为主要接触途径而可能导致镉对当地一定数量的定居人群产生靶器官肾脏慢性损害的污染危害区。

Scope

This standard specifies the judgment principles, observation objects, health hazard indicators and the judgment value of the combined reaction rate of environmental cadmium pollution health hazard areas. This standard applies to pollution hazard areas where the environment is polluted by cadmium-containing industrial waste and the food chain is the main route of exposure, which may cause cadmium to cause chronic damage to target organs and kidneys for a certain number of local residents.
