《GB/T 17222-1998煤制气厂卫生防护距离标准》由361（国家卫生健康委员会）归口，主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准规定了煤制气厂与居住区之间所需卫生防护距离要求。本标准适用于地处平原、微丘地区的新建煤制气厂及现有煤制气厂（包括煤气调压站及贮存库）的新建、改建、扩建工程。现有煤制气厂可参照执行。地处复杂条件下的煤制气厂的卫生防护距离，应根据大气环境质量评价报告，由建设单位主要部门与建设项目所在盛市、自治区的卫生、环保主管部门确定。

Scope

This standard specifies the sanitary protection distance requirements between coal gas plants and residential areas. This standard applies to new coal-to-gas plants located in plains and micro-hill areas and new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of existing coal-to-gas plants (including gas pressure regulating stations and storage depots). Existing coal-to-gas plants can be implemented as a reference. The sanitary protection distance of coal-to-gas plants located under complex conditions should be determined by the main departments of the construction unit and the health, Determined by the environmental protection department.
