Scope

This standard stipulates the basic contents, methods, sample testing and processing, testing techniques and survey results of oceanic polymetallic nodules investigation. This standard is applicable to oceanic polymetallic nodule exploration and indoor testing, and can also be used as a reference for some specialties such as ferromanganese crust investigation.
