《GB/T 17263-2013普通照明用自镇流荧光灯 性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了普通照明用自镇流荧光灯(以下简称“灯”)的分类和型号、技术要求、验收规则等。
本标准适用于额定电压为220V,频率为50Hz,额定功率为60W 及以下,采用螺口式、卡口式、插脚式灯头或相关标准规定的灯头,在家庭和类似场合普通照明用的把控制启动和稳定燃点部件集成一体的自镇流荧光灯。
本标准的性能要求是对GB16844的补充。
凡是符合本标准要求的灯,在额定电源电压的92%~106%,环境温度为-10 ℃~40 ℃之间的条件下应能启动并正常工作。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification and model, technical requirements, acceptance rules, etc. of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as "lamps") for general lighting. This standard is applicable to the rated voltage of 220 V, the frequency of 50 Hz, and the rated power of 60 W or below, using screw-type, bayonet-type, pin-type lamp caps or lamp caps specified in relevant standards, used for general lighting in households and similar occasions A self-ballasted fluorescent lamp that integrates controlled start-up and stable ignition components. The performance requirements of this standard are a supplement to GB 16844. All lamps that meet the requirements of this standard should be able to start and work normally under the conditions of 92%~106% of the rated power supply voltage and an ambient temperature of -10°C~40°C.
