《GB/T 17286.2-1998液态烃动态测量 体积计量流量计检定系统 第2部分:体积管》由TC355（全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会）归口，TC355SC10（全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会油气计量及分析方法分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为体积管设计、安装和检定提供技术指导。当体积管检定运行时，可使用本标准提供的方法。本标准主要内容适用于不同液体、不同类型的流量计以及使用不同方法检定的体积管。本标准不适用于小容积体积管。

Scope

This standard provides technical guidance for the design, installation and verification of volumetric tubes. The methods provided in this standard may be used when measuring tube verification. The main content of this standard is applicable to different liquids, different types of flowmeters and volumetric tubes verified by different methods. This standard does not apply to small volume volume tubes. The standard reference conditions for petroleum measurement used in this standard are: temperature 20°C, pressure 101.325kPa. Note: Some countries use other standard reference temperatures, such as 15°C or 60/F.
