本标准规定了容积式流量计计量系统选型、安装、操作和维修的一般原则。
本标准适用于容积式流量计对液态烃的流量测量，但不适用于两相液体的测量。
Scope
This standard specifies the general principles for the selection, installation, operation and maintenance of volumetric flowmeter metering systems. This standard applies to the flow measurement of liquid hydrocarbons by positive displacement flowmeters, but not to the measurement of two-phase liquids.
