Scope

CAUTION: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national laws and regulations. This part of GB/T 17414 specifies the method for the determination of beryllium in beryllium ore by Elliotine R spectrophotometry. This section applies to beryllium ores, and also applies to the determination of low-content beryllium in lithium, rubidium, cesium ores, tantalum, and niobium ores. Measuring range: 0.0001% ~ 1.0% (mass fraction) beryllium content (calculated as beryllium oxide).
