本标准适用于初馏点高于150℃的重烃类混合物,如重质原油、石油馏分、渣油及合成油的蒸馏过程。在全密闭条件下,使用一个带有低压降雾沫分离器的蒸馏釜进行操作。本标准对蒸馏条件和装置的外观及尺寸都作了规定,并且对特别部件作了图示。
Scope
This standard applies to the distillation process of heavy hydrocarbon mixtures with an initial boiling point higher than 150°C, such as heavy crude oil, petroleum fractions, residual oil and synthetic oil. Under fully enclosed conditions, use a still with a low-pressure drop mist separator for operation. This standard specifies the distillation conditions and the appearance and size of the equipment, and shows diagrams for special parts. This standard can not only prepare standard quality residual oil samples, but also can prepare standard quality diesel oil and lubricating oil fraction samples. The whole distillation process is described in detail in this test method. In addition, the cutting temperature (AET-corresponding temperature under normal pressure, the same below) obtained by this test method for drawing this standard distillation curve may be the highest temperature that can be obtained by conventional distillation methods. Cutting temperature (AET) can reach up to 565°C. The maximum cutting temperature is related to the heating limit of the specimen. It is recommended to use the test method GB/T 17280 for the distillation of crude oil whose cut point is before 400°C. This method is only applicable to heavy oil with an initial boiling point higher than 150°C. The distillation curves and fraction properties obtained by these two distillations are not directly comparable. This standard adopts legal units of measurement (the units in brackets are for reference). This standard deals with certain hazardous materials, operations and equipment, but it is not intended to make recommendations on all safety issues related to this. Therefore, users should establish appropriate safety and protective measures and determine the applicable management system before using this standard.
