《GB/T 17478-2004低压直流电源设备的性能特性》由TC60(全国电力电子系统和设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了输出直流电压在250V以下,功率小于30kW,由600V以下交流或直流源电压供电的低压电源设备(包括开关型)确定技术要求的方法。该电源在Ⅰ类设备中使用,或者在有足够电气、机械保护条件下独立运行。本标准适用于有任何输出路数,由交流或直流供电的所有类型的电源以及为其他未知应用定制的产品。对于那些作为已有专门产品标准的设备的一部分而开发的电源,这些专门产品标准同样适用于这类电源;尤其当产品标准不足以覆盖这些电源的某些性能特性时,补充采用本标准可作为一种有用的选择。本标准允许规定满足特定用途的电源设备所需的性能水平的技术参数,建立与该类设备有关的基本定义,并确定具体的技术要求。这些使制造商及用户能够根据规定的技术要求,选择和确定其电源设备的适用范围。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the technical requirements for low-voltage power supply equipment (including switch-type) with output DC voltage below 250 V, power below 30 kW, and powered by AC or DC source voltage below 600 V. The power supply is used in industrial equipment, or operates independently with sufficient electrical and mechanical protection. This standard applies to all types of power supplies with any number of outputs, powered by AC or DC, and to products custom-made for other unknown applications. For those power supplies developed as part of equipment for which special product standards exist, these special product standards are also applicable to such power supplies; especially when product standards are not sufficient to cover some performance characteristics of these power supplies, the supplementary use of this standard can be used as a A useful option. This standard allows the specification of technical parameters to meet the required performance levels of power supply equipment for a specific purpose, establishes basic definitions related to this type of equipment, and establishes specific technical requirements. These enable manufacturers and users to select and determine the scope of application of their power supply equipment according to the specified technical requirements.
