Scope

This standard specifies the repair and acceptance requirements of port portal cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard is applicable to cranes used for unloading operations such as general cargo, bulk materials, containers, and complete sets of equipment in ports. The same type of cranes used in installation and power stations can also be used as a reference.
