Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the delivery of steel and steel products (except cast steel and powder metallurgy products) included in GB/T 15574. When the stipulations in the product standards or the agreement in the contract are inconsistent with the stipulations in this standard, the stipulations in the product standard or the agreement in the contract shall prevail.
