《GB/T 17523-1998微型水力发电设备试验方法》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准适用于功率为10kW及以下，频率为50(60)Hz，由发电机、水轮机（原型机)和控制器组成的单相230V和三相400V微水电整机产品的原型机检查试验、型式试验和质量监督抽检试验等。机械调速式10kW及以下微水电产品可参照执行。

Scope

This standard is applicable to the inspection and testing of prototypes of single-phase 230V and three-phase 400V micro-hydropower complete products with a power of 10kW and below and a frequency of 50 (60) Hz, consisting of generators, turbines (prototypes) and controllers. Type test and quality supervision sampling test, etc. Mechanical speed-adjustable 10kW and below micro hydropower products can be implemented as a reference.
