《GB/T 17524-1998微型水力发电设备质量检验规程》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了额定功率为10kW及以下单、三相微型水力发电设备的产品抽样、质量检验和检验结果判定。本标准适用于功率为10kW及以下，单相230V或三相400V，频率为50(60)Hz的异步或同步发电机、水轮机和控制器组成的整装或分装式微水电整机产品质量检验与结果判定。机械调速式10kW及以下产品可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the product sampling, quality inspection and inspection result determination of single-phase and three-phase micro-hydropower equipment (hereinafter referred to as micro-hydropower) with a rated power of 10kW and below. This standard applies to the product quality inspection of a complete or separate micro-hydropower unit consisting of asynchronous or synchronous generators, turbines and controllers with a power of 10kW or less, single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V, and a frequency of 50 (60) Hz. judge with the result. Mechanical speed-adjustable 10kW and below products can be implemented as a reference.
