Scope

This standard specifies the definition, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of vacuum tube solar collectors. This standard applies to non-concentrating all-glass vacuum tube solar collectors, glass-metal structure vacuum tube solar collectors and heat pipe vacuum tube solar collectors that use solar radiation to heat and the heat transfer medium is liquid.
