Scope

This part of GB/T 17626 concerns the measurement of radiation emissions and immunity for electronic and/or electrical equipment, specifying test procedures to be carried out in a Full Anechoic Reverberation Chamber (FAR). Note: According to GB/Z 18509, this part serves as a basic electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standard for relevant product committees. As stated in Guide GB/Z 18509, the product committee is responsible for determining the applicability of EMC standards for their product categories. The Committees TC77/SAC/TC246 and CISPR/SAC/TC79, along with their subcommittees (such as SAC/SC7), are prepared to work together with the product committees in standardization and revision efforts to determine the specific roles of EMC tests in particular products.

This part stipulates a general confirmation procedure for simultaneous measurements of radiation emissions and immunity within the same Full Anechoic Reverberation Chamber, requirements for the test setup of the equipment under test (EUT), and measurement methods in the Full Anechoic Reverberation Chamber (see Appendix A and Appendix B). As an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) basic measurement standard, this part does not specify particular disturbance levels or emission limits for specific devices or systems; its primary objective is to provide a routine measurement procedure for relevant product committees. The specific requirements and test conditions are defined by the corresponding product committees. This part's methods apply to radiation emissions and immunity measurements in the frequency range from 30 MHz to 18 GHz.
