《GB/T 37132-2018无线充电设备的电磁兼容性通用要求和测试方法》由TC79(全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically specifies the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of wireless charging equipment for the first time, focusing on the control of electromagnetic interference and anti-interference capabilities in the 9kHz-6GHz frequency band. The standard innovatively adopts the A/B grading system:
| Grading | Applicable environment | Radiated disturbance limit (30MHz-1GHz) | Typical equipment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grade A | Industrial sites | 30-47MHz: 68dB(μV/m) | Industrial high-power charging piles |
| Grade B | Life/commercial environment | 30-80MHz: 30dB(μV/m) | Mobile phone wireless charger |
Key test requirements
1. Working mode setting
The standard stipulates that two working states of the transmitter device and the receiver device must be tested:
| Mode | Configuration requirements | Test focus |
|---|---|---|
| Idle mode | No energy transfer state | Standby power consumption and harmonics |
| Energy transfer mode | Work under rated load | Conducted interference and radiated emission |
2. Exemption frequency band regulations
Special treatment for exemption of testing for working frequency bands:
- 6.78MHz: Exemption range 6.765-6.795MHz
- 13.56MHz: Exemption range 13.553-13.567MHz
- 27.12MHz: Exemption range 26.957-27.283MHz
Core limit indicators
Conducted disturbance (DC port)
| Frequency band | Grade A limit | Grade B limit |
|---|---|---|
| 0.15-0.5MHz | 100dB(μV) | 66-56dB(μV) |
| 0.5-5MHz | 86dB(μV) | 56dB(μV) |
Radiated immunity requirements
All devices must pass the following stringent level tests:
- 80MHz-1GHz: 10V/m (unmodulated)
- 1.4-6GHz: 3V/m (unmodulated)
- Use 1kHz sine wave for 80% amplitude modulation
Implementation suggestions
Precautions in the design phase
- Filter selection: It is recommended to use a π-type filter at the power input end, and the cut-off frequency should be lower than 150kHz
- Shielding design: Magnetic materials with μ ≥ 100 should be used for magnetic shielding around the transmitting coil
- PCB layout: The length of high-frequency signal traces should be controlled within λ/20 to avoid antenna effect
Key points for test preparation
- Perform pre-scan tests in advance to identify sensitive frequencies
- Prepare typical load and maximum position offset test fixtures
- Prepare coupling and decoupling networks for AC/DC power ports respectively
