《GB/T 17628-2008信息技术 开放式edi参考模型》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准给出了开放式edi（电子数据交换）参考模型及应用，规定了用于协调现有标准的集成和未来标准的开发的框架，指导实现开放式edi所需的标准化工作。本标准等同采用ＩＳＯ／ＩＥＣ１４６６２：２００４《信息技术开放式ｅｄｉ参考模型》（英文版）。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１７６２８―１９９８《信息技术　开放式ｅｄｉ参考模型》。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１７６２８―１９９８相比，主要变化如下：
ａ）重新定义了业务操作视图（ＢＯＶ），由“业务交易的一个视角，它被限于与描述业务交易所需的做业务决策和组织间的承诺有关的方面。”改为：“业务交易的一个视角，它被限于在‘人或法人’间做业务决定和承诺有关的方面，这些决定和承诺是描述业务交易所需要的”。
ｂ）增加了新术语“人或法人”。
ｃ）引言增加了０．３　业务交易和承诺交换语境中的“人或法人”、“自然人”和“参与方”的用法。
ｄ）附录Ｃ 增加了Ｃ．３ 基于ＵＭＬ 的角色行为描述方法。
ｅ）删除了ＩＳＯ／ＩＥＣ 前言。

Scope

This standard specifies the framework for coordinating the integration of existing standards and the development of future standards so that Open-edi participants can work with each other through Open-edi, and it also provides a reference for these standards. Therefore, the role of this standard is to guide the standardization work required to realize open-edi by providing a context for use by standard developers, ensuring the coherence and integrity of related standardized modeling and description technologies, services, service interfaces, and protocols . This International Standard describes important aspects related to the interoperability of information technology systems used by Open-edi participants through the two perspectives of business transactions. The two perspectives are: the business aspects of business information, business agreements, agreements, and rules among Open-edi participants; and the information technology aspects required to support the execution of business transactions in an Open-edi system. This International Standard is neither a specification for implementation nor a basis for checking the conformity of implementation.
