Scope

This standard specifies the inspection method for the presence of water-miscible components in aviation gasoline and aviation turbine fuel, and the determination of the effect of these components on the volume change and the oil-water interface. This standard deals with certain hazardous materials, operations and equipment, but it is not intended to make recommendations on all safety issues related to this. Therefore, users should establish appropriate safety and protective measures and determine the applicable management system before using this standard.
