《GB/T 17954-2000工业锅炉经济运行》由TC20（全国能源基础与管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了工业锅炉经济运行的要求、管理原则、分级、技术指标与考核。本标准适用于GB/T1921和GB/T3166中所列各种类型的工业锅炉。本标准不适用于额定热功率小于０.7MＷ的锅炉。也不适用于余热锅炉、煤粉锅炉和不以煤、油、气为燃料以及不以水为介质的锅炉。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, management principles, classification, technical indicators and parameters for the economical operation of industrial boilers. This standard applies to various types of industrial boilers listed in GB/T 1921 and GB/T 3166. This standard is not applicable to boilers with rated thermal power less than 0.7MW. It is also not suitable for waste heat boilers, pulverized coal boilers, and boilers that do not use coal, oil, and gas as fuels and that do not use water as a medium.
