《GB/T 17954-2007工业锅炉经济运行》由TC20（全国能源基础与管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了工业锅炉经济运行的基本要求、管理原则、技术指标与考核。本标准适用于以煤、油、气为燃料、以水为介质的固定式钢制锅炉，包含GB/T1921所列额定蒸汽压力大于0.04MPa且额定蒸发量大于或等于1t/h的各种参数系列的蒸汽锅炉和GB/T3166所列额定出水压力大于0.1MPa且额定热功率大于或等于0.7MW的各种参数系列的热水锅炉。本标准不适用于余热锅炉、电加热锅炉及有机热载体锅炉。
Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, management principles, technical indicators and assessment for the economical operation of industrial boilers. This standard applies to stationary steel boilers that use coal, oil, and gas as fuel and water as the medium, including those listed in GB/T 1921 with a rated steam pressure greater than 0.04MPa to less than 3.8MPa and a rated evaporation greater than or equal to 1t/ h steam boilers of various parameter series and hot water boilers of various parameter series listed in GB/T3166 with rated outlet pressure greater than 0.1MPa and rated thermal power greater than or equal to 0.7MW. This standard does not apply to waste heat boilers, electric heating boilers and organic heat carrier boilers.
