《GB/T 17980.39-2000农药田间药效试验准则（一）杀菌剂防治柑桔贮藏病害》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了杀菌剂防治柑桔贮藏病害药效试验的方法和基本要求，其中包括青霉病(Penicillium italicum)、绿霉病(Penicillium digitatum)、黑色蒂腐病(Diplodia natalensis)、褐色蒂腐病(Phomopiscitri)。本标准适用于柑桔仓库贮藏期杀菌剂防治柑桔贮藏病害登记用药效试验及药效评价。其他药效试验参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the methods and basic requirements for fungicide efficacy tests for controlling citrus storage diseases, including penicillium italicum, green mold (Penicillium digitatum), black pedicle rot (Diplodia natalensis), brown pedicle rot disease (Phomopiscitri). This standard is applicable to the efficacy test and efficacy evaluation of fungicides for the control of citrus storage diseases registration during storage in citrus warehouses. Other efficacy tests shall be carried out with reference to this standard.
