GB/T 18029的本部分规定了手动轮椅车和一人使用的、最大速度不超过15km/h的电动轮椅车（包括电动代步车）制动器的测试方法。本部分还规定了生产商信息发布的要求。
Scope
This part of GB/T 18029 specifies the test methods for the brakes of manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs (including electric scooters) used by one person with a maximum speed of no more than 15km/h. This part also specifies the requirements for the release of manufacturer information.
