GB/T 18029的本部分规定了乘坐一人，最大速度不超过15 km/h的电动轮椅车（包括电动代步车）的最大速度、加速度和减速度的测定方法。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18029 specifies the method for measuring the maximum speed, acceleration and deceleration of electric wheelchairs (including electric scooters) with a maximum speed of no more than 15km/h.
