《GB/T 18044-2008地毯 静电习性评价法 行走试验》由TC150（全国工艺美术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC150SC1（全国工艺美术标准化技术委员会地毯分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了在监控条件下对各种类型地毯的静电习性进行评价的方法。由于所产生的电势随湿度、鞋底材料、行走毯面及行走人行走方式的不同而有所改变，本试验所得出的结果不一定能反映出地毯铺设现场的情况，但确实能对不同种类的毯面的性能提供对照和比较。
在需要进行分级或在有争议的情况下，在本标准中所规定的测量程序可以按相关的分级标准所规定的控制条件或有争议双方一致同意的控制条件下进行测量。有可能出现需要在无控制条件下进行测量的情况，例如在铺设铺地物的现场进行测量。采用本标准中所规定使用的设备进行测量的原理，可以穿用所规定的标准鞋进行测量，或穿用使用现场所规定的相关用鞋进行测量。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for evaluating the electrostatic behavior of various types of carpets under monitoring conditions. Since the generated electric potential varies with humidity, shoe sole material, walking carpet surface and walking mode, the results obtained in this test may not necessarily reflect the situation of the carpet laying site, but it can be used for different types of carpets. The performance of the carpet surface provides reference and comparison. Where grouping is required or in case of dispute, the measurement procedures specified in this standard may be carried out under the control conditions specified in the relevant polarization standard. Situations may arise that require measurements to be taken under uncontrolled conditions, for example on-site where floor coverings are laid. Using the principle of measurement using the equipment specified in this standard, the measurement can be carried out by wearing the specified standard shoes, or by wearing the relevant shoes specified on the site of use.
