《GB/T 18136-2008交流高压静电防护服装及试验方法》由TC36（全国带电作业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了交流高压静电防护服装的技术要求、试验方法及检验规则。本标准适用于额定电压110（66）kV～750kV的交流输电线路和变电站巡视及地电位作业人员所穿戴的交流高压静电防护服装。按本标准制成的交流高压静电防护服装不得作为等电位屏蔽服装使用。本标准代替GB 18136-2000《高压静电防护服及试验方法》。
本标准与GB 18136-2000相比主要修改和增加了以下内容：
―――本标准修改了适用范围，原标准适用于交流10kV~500kV，修改为适用于110(66)kV~750kV；
―――本标准增加了用于交流750kV电压等级的静电防护服装的技术要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for AC high-voltage electrostatic protective clothing. This standard applies to AC high-voltage electrostatic protective clothing worn by AC transmission lines with rated voltages of 110 (66) kV~750 kV and substation patrols and ground potential workers. AC high-voltage electrostatic protective clothing made according to this standard shall not be used as equipotential shielding clothing.
