EPDM sheet (JL1 type):

  • Tensile strength at room temperature ≥7.5MPa (increased by 12%)
  • No cracks at low temperature bending at -40℃
  • No cracks under ozone aging (500ppb) conditions

Innovation requirements for composite sheets

FS2 composite sheets have a new mandatory requirement of composite strength between the surface layer and the core layer ≥ 1.5MPa, and are tested using the special fixture in Appendix E to ensure interlayer bonding reliability.

Drainage Design for Special-Shaped Sheets

When the shell height is ≥8mm, the calculation formula for the drainage cross-sectional area per extended meter is: S=(L×h)-(S0×n), which must be guaranteed to be ≥30cm²/m.

  2. Acceptance focus: FS2 composite sheets must undergo on-site composite strength spot checks
  3. Storage specifications: Do not stack more than 5 rolls to avoid contact with organic solvents
