《GB/T 5574-2008工业用橡胶板》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC7（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会橡胶杂品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业用相交板的规格尺寸、分类、标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输与储存。 本标准适用于由天然橡胶或合成橡胶为主体材料制成的工业用橡胶板。也适用于截面为矩形的胶条制品。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５５７４―１９９４《工业用橡胶板》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５５７４―１９９４的主要差异如下：
―――修改了规格尺寸中胶板厚度的尺寸偏差（１９９４版的第３章，本版的第３章）；
―――拉伸性能，增加了每个级别对应的代号（１９９４版的４．１．２．１，本版的第６章）；
―――公称硬度增加了９０Ａ（９０ＩＲＨＤ）一列（１９９４版的４．１．３，本版的６．１．３）；
―――修改了产品标记方法（１９９４版的５．２，本版的５．２）；
―――扩充了胶板附加性能项目，并用表格形式列出（１９９４版的４．２，本版的６．２）。

This standard specifies the specification and size, classification, marks, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial rubber sheet.
This standard is applicable to the industrial rubber sheet mainly made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber and also applicable to rubber strip products with rectangular cross-section.
