1. Background and purpose of the standard

GB/T 36208-2018 "Technical requirements and evaluation methods for anti-corrosion linings of industrial flue gas emission systems" is an important standard for ensuring the anti-corrosion performance of smoke or exhaust gas emitted by industrial equipment such as coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired, and biomass boilers in steel or concrete flue gas emission systems. The standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and is managed by the Rubber Miscellaneous Goods Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products.

3. Detailed explanation of technical requirements

3.1 Surface quality requirements

The surface of the anti-corrosion lining must be free of bubbles, impurities must be controlled within 5 per square meter, slight water marks are allowed, and there is no crack at a 90° bend. The depth and height shall not exceed the lining thickness deviation.

4. Implementation suggestions

In practical applications, it is recommended to give priority to the use of anti-corrosion lining materials that meet the standards and ensure that the construction environment temperature is controlled between -30°C and 93°C. At the same time, the construction unit must have the corresponding qualifications and operate in strict accordance with the anti-corrosion process requirements in GB50726-2011.
