Dynamic Adhesion Test Device must meet the following requirements:

  • Swing Amplitude Accuracy: 1.0-2.5mm±0.1mm
  • Temperature Control Range: Room Temperature -100℃±5℃
  • Recommended Value of Load Weight Mass Difference: 0.5kg

Key Points of Sample Preparation

Take the polyester cord for a certain passenger car tire as an example:

  1. Sampling Length ≥500mm
  2. The embedded length of the rubber module is 12.5mm
  3. After vulcanization, the remaining glue needs to be cut off and there should be no bubble defects.
