《GB/T 18305-2003质量管理体系 汽车生产件及相关服务件组织应用GB/T 19001-2000的特别要求》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准所规定的质量管理体系要求是对产品要求的补充。
本标准能用于内部和外部（包括认证机构）评定组织满足顾客、法律法规和组织自身要求的能力。
本标准的制定已经考虑了GB/T 19000和GB/T 19004中若阐明的质量管理原则。

Scope

1.1 General This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system for an organization that: a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements; b) through the effective application of the system, including continual improvement of the system process and ensure compliance with customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction. This standard, combined with GB/T 19001-2000, specifies the quality management system requirements for the design, development and production of automotive-related products; when relevant, it is also applicable to installation and service. This International Standard applies to sites where the organization performs the manufacture of customer-specified production and/or service parts. Support functions, whether on-site or off-site (e.g. design centres, corporate headquarters and distribution centres), form part of the site audit due to their supportive role to the site, but cannot be certified to this standard alone. This standard can be applied to the entire automotive supply chain. 1.2 Application All requirements specified in this standard are generic and intended to be applicable to organizations of all types, sizes and offerings. Where any requirement of this standard is inapplicable due to the characteristics of the organization and its products, its exclusion may be considered. Conformity to this standard cannot be claimed unless exclusions are limited to those requirements in clause 7 of this standard that do not affect the organization's ability or responsibility to provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This standard only allows deletions related to 7.3 in cases where the organization has no responsibility for product design and development. Deletion of the design for the manufacturing process is not allowed
