《GB/T 18319-2001纺织品红外蓄热保暖性的试验方法》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了用红外辐射计测定纺织品红外反射率和红外透射率、计算红外吸收率，以及用点温度计测定辐照升温速率的方法。本标准适用于各类纺织品。

Scope

This standard specifies the methods for measuring the infrared reflectance and infrared transmittance of textiles with an infrared radiometer, calculating the infrared absorptivity, and measuring the radiation heating rate with a point thermometer. This standard applies to all types of textiles.
