Introduction
GB/T18323-2022 Standard Overview
This standard specifies the dimensions and tolerances of sintered sleeves, and is applicable to cylindrical sleeves, flanged sleeves and spherical sleeves with an inner diameter range of 1mm to 60mm. This revision is based on ISO2795:2020, and mainly updates the sleeve naming method, material requirements and tolerance reference objects.
Comparison of standard frameworks
| Clause number | Requirements of the 2001 edition | Revised requirements of the 2022 edition |
|---|---|---|
| Nomenclature of shaft sleeves | Flanged shaft sleeves | Flanged shaft sleeves |
| Material requirements | Specific standards are not specified | In accordance with GB/T19076 |
| Tolerance refers to objects | Not specified | Bearing seat hole tolerance |
Technology evolution analysis
This revision mainly optimizes the following aspects:
- Material requirements:It is clearly required to use sintered metal materials specified in GB/T19076 to ensure product quality consistency.
- Tolerance control:The tolerance range of outer diameter, inner diameter and length is refined, and the specific provisions of bearing seat hole tolerance are added.
- Naming specification:"Flanged sleeve" is changed to "Flanged sleeve" to align with international standard terminology.
Implementation suggestions
Precautions in practical application
In actual production, special attention should be paid to the following points:
- Material selection:Sintered metal materials should be selected strictly in accordance with GB/T19076 standard.
- Tolerance control:Rationally select the tolerance grade according to the outer diameter size range of the sleeve to ensure that the tolerance of the bearing hole after assembly meets the requirements.
- Drawing marking:It is recommended to use the full section drawing to mark the reference position to avoid misunderstandings caused by non-standard drawing.
