《GB/T 18446-2009色漆和清漆用漆基 异氰酸酯树脂中二异氰酸酯单体的测定》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了采用气相色谱法测定二异氰酸酯单体含量的方法。本标准适用于第3章中定义的异氰酸酯树脂以及由这样的树脂制备的溶液(用于制备涂料及类似涂覆材料)中的甲苯二异氰酸酯1)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯3)以及其他类型的二异氰酸酯含量的测定。

1 Scope

This Standard specifies a gas-chromatographic method for determining monomeric diisocyanates. This Standard is applicable to monomeric diisocyanates such as toluene diisocyanate 1), hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate 2), diphenylmethane diisocyanate 3) and other diisocyanates in isocyanate resins as defined in Chapter 3 and in solutions prepared from such resins, insofar as these are used in the formulation of paints and similar coating materials.
