Scope

This standard specifies the indirect hemagglutination (IHA) and indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) detection methods for Toxoplasma gondii in experimental animals. This standard is applicable to the detection of Toxoplasma in laboratory animals such as mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and monkeys.
