本标准规定了大蒜辐照抑制发芽的工艺参数和技术要求。本标准适用于白皮大蒜辐照抑制发芽。其他大蒜品种科参照执行。本标准不适用于杀灭大蒜的害虫及微生物。

Scope

This standard specifies the process parameters and technical requirements for garlic irradiation inhibition of germination. This standard applies to the inhibition of germination of white-skinned garlic by irradiation. Other garlic varieties can refer to implementation. This standard does not apply to killing pests and microorganisms of garlic.
