《GB/T 18570.9-2005涂覆涂料前钢材表面处理表面清洁度的评定试验第9部分：水溶性盐的现场电导率测定法》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC5SC6（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会涂漆前金属表面处理及涂漆工艺分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T 18570的本部分规定了在表面预处理前后，钢材表面各种水溶性盐(主要是氯化物和硫酸盐)的总表面浓度的现场评定法。本方法不适用于是测定单独的氯化物或硫酸盐等的表面浓度。本方法仅适用于评定代表大部分杂质的离子性杂质。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18570 specifies the on-site evaluation method for the total surface concentration of various water-soluble salts (mainly chlorides and sulfates) on the steel surface before and after surface pretreatment. This method is not suitable for the determination of surface concentrations of individual chlorides or sulfates, etc. This method is only suitable for the evaluation of ionic impurities which represent the majority of impurities.
