《GB/T 18604-2014用气体超声流量计测量天然气流量》由TC355(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会)归口,TC355SC10(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会油气计量及分析方法分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了气体超声流量计的测量性能要求、流量计本体要求、安装和维护、现场验证测试要求,以及流量计算方法及测量不确定度估算。
本标准适用于插入式传播时间差法气体超声流量计(以下简称流量计),一般用于集输装置、输气管线、储存设施、配气系统和用户计量系统中的天然气流量测量。外夹式气体超声流量计的使用可参考本标准。


1 Scope

This standard specifies measuring performance requirements, meter body requirements, installation and maintenance, site verification testing requirement as well as flow calculation method and measurement uncertainty estimation of ultrasonic flow meters.

This standard is applicable to plug-in gas ultrasonic flow meter (transit-time difference method, hereinafter referred to as flow meter) and is generally used for measurement of natural gas flow in gathering and transportation device, gas transmission line, storage facility, gas distribution system and user metering system. The use of jacket-type gas ultrasonic flow meter may also refer to this standard.
